Located
in one of the first buildings in Blanca, Smith Store was an
old fashioned general store. The store was closed
in the summer of 2006. The building remains as a
tribute to the early days.

 Red Rocks General
Store is a one stop convenience store. Owned by
two Polish brothers, the store features authentic
Polish sausage sandwiches.

Forest Tango Art Works The
gallery features paintings and wooden sculptures
by the owners, Terry and Joyce Henrie. The couple
are currently producing how-to videos on
decorative painting. The mural on the building
was painted by Joyce.

 Paul's Diesel
Paul Wiescamp's shop specializes in working on
semi-trucks and large equipment. Much of his work
is for truckers passing through the Valley and
local farmers. The mechanics are fully qualified
to work on personal vehicles also.

Blanca RV Park has 26 RV
hookups with water, electricity and sewer. The
park also has a tent camping area. A convenience
store, gas pumps, and shower and laundry
facilities are available for campers. There is a
great view of Mt. Blanca from the RV park. The
park is under new ownership this year. The new
owners are making some major changes to the Park.

Blanca Potato LLC.,
formerly known as Blanfort, Inc., the potato
processing plant in Blanca, is the largest
employer in the Town. More than 50 employees work
year 'round with more people employed during
harvest.

Lu's Main Street
Cafe just celebrated its 5th anniversary. Luisa
Sena purchased the old Hitching Post Cafe and has
made a success! Good food and good service are
her trademarks. The cafe has ample parking for
RV's and semitrucks.

 San Marcos restaurant
serves an authentic central Mexican menu. It is
owned and operated by Maria Elena and Bogar
Quezada.

Klassy Productions is a full
service hair salon. Located on Broadway, one
block north of Main Street, the salon offers cuts
and styles for residents and travelers

 Blanca Laundry is available for
travelers and residents and now features new
equipment. The owner also rents videos and is an
authorized satellite TV dealer.

Sierra
Blanca Plumbing and Heating, owned and operated
by Pete Wiescamp, has been serving Blanca, the
Valley and many other parts of Colorado for many
years.

Terri
Sanders opened the Mt. Blanca Fudge
Company in the historic old post office
building at Main and Broadway. The shop features
24 flavors of fudge plus local crafts.

Tiny
Hands Daycare Center, an early childhood
education center, offers full day, full year
daycare for infants, toddlers and school age
children.
